If you're new here, choose the 'Initial Lactation Consultation In-Home' or 'Telehealth Consult' (if you're outside of our service area). Our Birmingham consultants (Heidi, Lisa, Emily B, and Jenny) cover Cullman down to Helena, all of metro-Birmingham, and Trussville over to Jasper for our in-home visits. Our East Alabama consultants (Amanda, Andrea, Jennifer, and Kasey)cover Moody, Gadsden, Jacksonville, Anniston/Oxford, Boaz, Sycamore, Heflin, Carrollton, GA and all points in between. Our Auburn/Opelika area is covered by Sarah. Our South consultant is Carrie. She covers Shelby, Coosa, Bibb and Talladega counties. If you are already insurance approved through The Lactation Network for our visit, you can simply enter $0 as amount paid. If you haven't already done so, choose 'verify insurance coverage' from the 'schedule an appointment' menu on our website and fill out The Lactation Network form with your insurance information. You will get an answer typically within 24-48 hours, during their normal business hours. A $25 fee is charged to any appointment cancelled in less than 24 hours from appointment start time. A $50 fee is charged for any no-show appointments.
